3. Ensure all bags are emptied as we will sell off the items in all bags to make room for loots.
4. For account security purposes, we do not level your account more than 16 hours a day to minimize detection.
5. Conduct a password change before handing over your account to us.
6. By ordering our powerleveling services, you understand that you are breaking your Terms of Service with Blizzard Entertainment and thus may be subject to account bans. In the case that your account is banned, We will issue you a FULL Refund for your leveling packages if your accout are ban DURING power leveling. While we take every precaution to protect your account from this, Blizzard will track IP addresses and utilize other tools like Warden to detect powerleveling services. These are outside phenomenon that are beyond our control. However, please understand that we have leveled thousands upon thousands of accounts without any difficulties or negative impacts and utilize every resource we can to protect your account. After dealing with so many accounts, we are also quite familiar with Blizzard, their procedures, and what keeps your account safe from them.
7. If you would like to see the level of your character, you can visit the Armory (http://armory.worldofwarcraft.com). The Armory will have the most current character information.
8. Power leveling are done by professional levelers from the following official wow certified countries ( USA/Canada/Singapore/Australia) who are affiliated to us ( no bots or macros involved )
9. You get to keep all gold, blue & purple item that's accumulated during the course of the leveling,we will not auction off these items for you .
10. Full compensation will be given on any loss of gold or item during the leveling time frame if it's found to be our fault.
11. No access of your account during the course of leveling to minimize suspicion from blizzard.
12. Change your password Immediately Upon Power Order Completion but DO NOT login within the next 8-12hrs after you change your password so that the IP can rest.
13. DO not place any power level orders if your account had Final Warning History ( 72hrs suspension ) handed out by Blizz ( We will not be held respondsible for any permanent ban if given a account with 72hrs ban history as most 72hrs suspension account are closely monitored by blizz )
14. Refund will be made if you decided to stop the service midway. We will refund all uncompleted hours upon request
15. In the event where we are unable to complete the full order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue you a pro-rated refund base on the no. of completed levels.
